An hour on the stationary bike/situps/60 push ups.  There is no way I could ever work to 100.  Jim is a liar.  There is no way.

Are those girl push-ups? I am such a wimp ....I can do like uh..5!! Thank you for your sympathy and help during this tough week....I'm so mad I can't get back on a schedule yet but at least I'm sleeping again....I've been sleeping in until 8 or 9 and may just have to wait a few weeks until I feel ready to get up early again.

I would LOVE to run with you on Saturday but Sasha is going to a race. :( I could do it next Saturday or some Sat in the future. Maybe we could try to run together once a week..I think I could get up early once a week for sure. I just feel bad telling you I'm going to do something and then not being there for you. Let me know what you think....we can talk about it in a few days. :)

I am relieved you've slept. I didn't sleep right for like 7 years after kids. I hear it becomes more and more elusive with age...Yay! One more benefit to aging. Racing huh. Well, that means YOU should get to do somthing meaningful to you. Let any one of us know if we can babysit for a bit on Saturday....

If you want to pick a day of the week to plan on getting up early for a run, let me know which day. But from what I remember about babies, they are particularly good about remembering and calculating which night NOT to sleep or get sick. They are MASTERs of schedule sabotage :) But if you want to take another swing at it, tell me which day and I'll plan for it!
