Well that was very succinct! ;)

I am sick to death of treadmill/tv scenario at 5:30 in the morning. It's so tedious, but it's getting lighter day by day. Just a little while longer, right? Hey, are your training for anything? We should do some Saturday runs either in your neighborhood or mine. I heard you and Tarzan were around a few Saturdays ago. I'm trying to get some long runs in Saturdays in preparation for Moab (March 21?).

I am running the riverton 1/2 March 28th and Ogden 1/2 in may. I'd love to come over to provo for a long run :) I am super slow though ;)

I'm doing 9 1/2 to 10 M/M because of my hip situation. If you can hack that, then let's give it a try.

Sasha wants me to do a 10mm to failure on my long run. He thinks I can do a 1/2 at that pace and he thinks this will get ME to think that I can ;) Is it going to snow on Saturday this week? I'd love to come in for a run :) I need anywhere from 8 to 12 miles. I know that is a big range, but I am up for any distance around there. I warm up for a mile and and then hit the 10 mm. The last time I did it, I didn't do it quite right and "failed" at about 6.2. I am shooting for at least 7, any more is cake. I could probably go further with a little encouragement ;) Again, Sasha thinks I can do 13 at that pace, so does Michelle. I fear they are nuts ;) ... and I hope they are right :D

I can come at anytime Sat.

You totally can. I plan on doing 9 this Saturday. I also take a mile to hit my stride. They are not nuts, you can totally do it. I usually go in the A.M. between 9-10 and I live right on the river trail. Do you want to run here or there? I'll send you a private message with the details! I'm thrilled!!

I emailed you 8:30, I am thinking 9 sounds so nice :) How many miles do you need?
